These apartments are a joke. The builder did the absolute minimum he could do to have them pass an inspection. Within the first week we had sewage smell in our bathroom seeping from the pocket door, they came and caulked it. I could still smell the neighbor above cooking every day. The main wall in the bedroom was not properly insulated and always was cold. The outlet on the same wall had a draft of cold air constantly. ONLY LIVE HERE IF YOU NEVER WANT TO SEE YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!!! They stated we left food in the microwave, hair in the tub, that the kitchen needed mopped 2x! THANK GOD I HAVE VIDEOS TO PROVE ALL OF THAT IS FALSE! My lawyer has contacted the management team, if I don’t get my FULL refund back then I guess it will be resolved in court!
I highly don’t recommend this place. There are rats, and a terrible infestation of fruit flys. That’s just the small stuff though. Our upstairs neighbors in 301 tried breaking into my apartment late at night when it was just me and my three small children home. I told management and nothing was done. They hate children and insist that the kids never play outside. The apartment overall wasn’t bad. Just the idiots that lived above us in Apartment 301. Kids will be kids. Not to mention that someone tried opening the door to my apartment with just my wife and kids home. Management did absolutely nothing to resolve that issue. But every time Apt 301 called and complained about my kids playing we got a complaint made against us.
Horrible management and dishonest business practices, hiding behind an unreachable management office!
