Cute little 2 bedroom apartment, rooms are decent size and the master has its own bathroom. Kitchen is good size and has plenty of room for a table. Living room had tall ceilings with a door to a balcony that is big enough for a small patio set. All up to date appliances including washer and dryer and AC. They do charge extra for utilities though.
I like it. :)
Definitely don't recommend living at this complex. The Management is awful and they are rude. I had multiple water leaks, the first one being the 3rd day I moved to the apartment and it destroyed my belongings. When I reached out to management I was accused of lying until maintenance came and saw the damage. The only kind person that works there is the maintenance man, he works hard and is kind. Lived here for almost 3 years. Mediocre townhomes and not much in amenities yet the prices go up every year. Maintenance is mostly just bandaging the issues and not truly fixing anything. Cleaned the place spotless before moving out and was still charged almost $700 on TOP of taking our security. This place is a scam. The house looked better when we left than when we arrived.
