I can't say enough good stuff about Healthsouth of Round Rock. The rehab team is amazingly awesome. They truly care about their patients and their patients well-being and progress. The group of therapist I had to work with for my recovery were amazing...each and everyone of them. Although the nursing staff is quite laxed, that could use improvement. Over all, I would surely recommend Healthsouth for rehabilitation.

They weren't friendly at all. Weren't fully competent on how to take care of the patients. Extremely bad experience while visiting my mother while she was there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Very disappointed with the staff.

So far I'm not impressed with this place. My stepdad was admitted yesterday. The staff to patient ratio must be really low. It takes over 5 min for someone to come and assist him. He can't walk or stand on his own. Then they act like they are put out because they have to come in and help him. So far I haven't been able to talk to the nurse and I have been waiting over 45 minutes.

My father in law checked in day before yesterday. My family is impressed by facility and especially the great staff. We are from Killeen and feel as though almost everywhere we go for anything that service is terrible. Very few places meet expectations of getting a good value or attentive care. Health South is great. I wish everywhere could meet the benchmark set here. We are very grateful. And will tell everyone.

My husband Luis Hernandez stayed at the rehab for a week.The staff is amazing and very kind n loving...the food service was great n the food was Delicious n they make sure to please the patients and their family members that are staying with them...we had a great experience..

Someone needs to contact the Board of Health regarding this institution. My father has had horrible treatment in this Rehabilitation Center. I have to agree with the other posts, this facility is way below standard. On day one we met our case worker and she pulled off a great meeting, now we can not get her to respond to us, she told us she would see my father every day - he has been in for over a week - he has seen her 2 times. He lays in bloody sheets, doesn't get his pain medicine unless he asks for it, the PT technician ... read more
