Awesome
The team is very friendly and helpful. When I have had something that needs the maintenance team, they are right here and they solve it quickly. The gym has good machines and the pool is a nice place to share. The apt is comfortable and beautiful. The atmosphere is nice and quiet. The view from my sunroom is great :)
There are roaches everywhere and mice too , New administration is horrible, valet trash is a disaster, request any maintenance and you’ll be waiting for 2 months, drug dealers everywhere, not a safety place to live.
The windows are dirty on the outside they are formed stains, always sweat for double the insulation is very bad, I have to have two additional fans, I have 5 years I do not want to rustle the carpet but I'm told to change my apartment and I They want more. Water collecting garbage collection, insect control and never arrive, and much more
Recommended a friend here from out of state she is impressed with the enclaves southern hospitality as soon as my lease is up here I'm moving there
