Enclave is a decent place to live the outward appearance of the buildings are pretty maintenance had been pretty responsive when you request . The leasing staff is pleasant . And there is a 5 day grace period for rent which is helpful . But there is a roach manifestation problem and pest control is not helping effectively . I keep my apartment very clean so it is frustrating to have to take my own measures to keep these pest at bay and pay for something that’s not helping

I would give negative stars if I could! Management does not follow up on all issues and just chooses to ignore others. These buildings are so old that I can't even get wired cable because the wiring is too old. The large bathroom mirror was not secured properly, fell off the wall and almost hit me in the head. I've had mushrooms growing from under my toilet twice and you can smell unpleasant things through the vents from neighbors in the building. 2 Thumbs down! Stay away!
