Encircle the House is wonderful. Encircle Therapy is impossible to schedule with, has draconian billing practices, cancels on you without warning, and doesn't respond to messages. So far it's been a month, I've done 3 hours of administrative phone calls, gotten dozens of emails... all for ONE $110 session, which of course didn't help my child much. I've been trying to schedule the second for a month, getting no response.
