Have been to ERSNA many times, always wonderful. This time my boys & I visited many new spots, including Small Rock, Echo Valley, Turkey Peak at dawn and the amazing tree on the west side of Mossy Lake. Great trip. And kudos to the campers and/or rangers that found our camp stove & towel in campsite 27 and put it outside the visitors center for us to get as we left at the end of the day ... thank you all!
Beautiful place & scenery. Will definitely go back for the 4 mile hike. I loved every minute of it! Weather was gorgeous I saw a bunch of really nice people, very friendly. Also, tons of spring flowers. Gorgeous all around �
A nature-enthusiast's dream! Best time to go is mid-week, late April.
I brought my pooch, so we did the loop trail. It was amazing!! It was rather warm and there is minimal shade. However, at about mile four we hit a little creek that helped a lot. We loved it!! It was beautiful. I have a lot more pictures to add to my collection. Highly recommend. Although, I purposely planned on a weekday so I didn't hit high traffic or have to wait outside the park. We went on a Monday and it was nice, not too many people!
Took a group of students up for Earth Day weekend. Chelsea was a huge help getting all the arrangements ready for us and giving us pointers. Our guides on the Summit Trail Hike were also very knowledgeable with a huge passion for ER. Get there early, hydrate, and wear sunscreen. 😎
Took a guided tour and found it to be very informative. Our tour guide gave a whole new experience of the park.
