I told the old man the wheels were steel and he said he could straighten them but when I got there with a magnet to prove it was steel and not aluminum he refused me service then I said well I guess I’m outta here. He then proceeded to say “your name must be dick” And all kinds of profanity in front of a customer and my 6month old baby. All because I told him that magnets don’t not stick to aluminum.

I have been a customer since I could drive but I can no longer give them my money. Jeff has been unprofessional and unkind the last 5 or 6 times I have been in to give them my business. I went in this morning at 7:15 am and was told I couldn't get an oil change and tire rotation because he was to busy to get to it. Mind you this they open up at 7am. Who would have thought getting tires and an oil change could be so enjoyable, but I had such a great visit with the staff at En Tire and Jeff Meyers the owner this morning. Buying local is always a GREAT choice. Thanks Jeff, it was good to “catch up” with you.
I needed to have a tire patched, and the team took care of it quickly. I appreciated that I didn’t have to give all my information, just name and phone. They patched the tire and even after 14 hour road trip this past weekend, I have had no issues. I’ll definitely be returning to them in the future.
