As with any contracting job there are always hiccups. We needed to replace to tile pieces that were broken during our project and no one had them. Luckily Emser to the rescue. They had what we needed and saved the day. Staff friendly and showroom is a tile dream. Remember them for your next tile project.

During our 2 bathroom renovation our contractor discovered we did not have enough tile Thursday afternoon and the company we originally purchased the tile from said they could not get the needed tile for a week even though they were the ones that did not measure correctly. The contractor said he had to have it for the weekend in order to complete the job. I contacted Emser directly and they went way above and beyond to help resolve this issue.
