If I could give 0 stars I would! Absolutely horrible customer service. Good luck getting samples, quote, anything! The older lady in the front office is a real treat...Go somewhere else that carries this brand. You will not regret it.
I ordered tile from Emser to complete a renovation project. The customer service rep sent my tile order to a business that was no longer operational in a different state. When I call to inquire about my order, she lacked accountability for her mistake, with no apology or remorse. When I contacted them for an update regarding my order, the rep was dismissive and failed to contact me back. This mistake delayed our project by over a week. As with any contracting job there are always hiccups. We needed to replace to tile pieces that were broken during our project and no one had them. Luckily Emser to the rescue. They had what we needed and saved the day. Staff friendly and showroom is a tile dream. Remember them for your next tile project.
