Beautiful flowers, superb customer service - you can't beat it! – I have been ordering from thses guys for years - they are second to none! I have always been treated like a celeb (even though I'm not) and they have always delivered my arrangements on time. They are always accomodating, if there's something that isn't available they choose great substitutes. Empty Vase, Empty Promises!!! – I had ordered a custom arrangement for delivery for a very special occasion. The IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT was that it had to be delivered and received no later than 6:00pm. I was calling to place the order around 12:00pm noon that day. I stated that if they cannot GUARANTEE delivery by 6:00pm, then I will find another florist that can GUARANTEE the delivery deadline of 6:00pm. Amazing Customer Service – The Chateau Marmont recommeded this place, and I absolutely adore the floral arrangements they make. More often than not, I've had to order floral arrangements for friends while I'm on the East Coast, and every person I've ever sent them to has raved about what they recieved. I highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a florist in Los Angeles.
