We loved everything about our stay! all of the employees went above and beyond to make sure we were content with our room and stay. Everytime we came across an employee during out stay we were greeted with a smile! We will definitely be coming back and highly reccomend the jacuzzi suite very relaxing and spacious 😍. We thank each and everyone at the Empress hotel as well as the Manhattan amazing food and service!! 🙏
