I didn’t expect to therapy to make it worse
I’ve been seeing LaTasha at Empowered Life Counseling for about 9 months. The waiting area is lovely with complimentary drinks, clean and comfortable couches and an easy tablet check in. They have texting services and make it very easy to communicate about anything. They have clear and fair policies and always answer texts in a timely fashion. Alisa, the owner is the absolute kindest, most understanding, generous human. She takes great pride in her office and hires only the absolute best counselors in the area. The office is clean, beautiful and full of wonderful people who all want to help you. They offer a wide variety of options as far as therapy goes and they are all incredible. I couldn't recommend a place to anyone more than this place. If you need help, this is the place for you.
Jeremy "Ferg" Ferguson is a great therapist to young and old. He has a special gift with making others feel relaxed and safe. He has a calming nature and I highly suggest him, especially because he is a trusted male in this therapy world, which can be hard to find.
Jeremy is a great person and has opened my eyes to how different peoples minds work! Very good at listening and yet constructive with his input!
