I was always dubious about the black magic that is chiropractors, empowered family chiropractic showed me the errors of my ways. Positive, friendly staff, who are focused on making lifelong improvements in their patients so they can achieve health and wellness goals.
Chris is awesome!! His adjustments help me feel stronger when running or doing crossfit and just generally improves my daily well-being. It's a process, and involves teamwork to hold up my end of recovery and adding small but useful changes in my daily routine to keep me healthy.
