We have had the panels up for more than 4 months now and they are still not operational. We have been given every excuse imaginable for the delay (supply chain issues, mail delay because people at the post office have the flu … you name it). Our neighbors used another company and their panels were installed and inspected within two weeks. This company is awful to deal with and we are very unhappy.

They are filled with lies! Solar panels have been installed on house for almost 3 months now and still not working. They were quick to do some work and get paid in full which I denied the bank that they used but still released all the funds. Empower also said no payments for a year and that is a lies too seeing how we are down to 9 months. I have to call them multiple times to try and get any updates and they say they will call me back and they don't! I just want these things off my roof and I will just go with ******* *****... read more

We decided to go solar and we were very fortunate to be able to work with our sales rep Dennis. He was very informative and thorough when it came to explaining the process. We are looking forward to many years of savings!

Empower moves very quickly when is time to sell those panels but very very slow when is time to finish the job. We have been waiting for almost 6 months for our panels to be connected and the only thing they say is that didn't pass the electrical inspection. So far now we have an additional bill (those panels) we're still paying our electric bill. Think again if you are going to do business with them. Very hard to even get an answer from any of them.

I began working with Empower Energy to purchase solar panels for my home in June. They moved quickly to sign me up, complete the loan process and make their sale. After a long wait, an appointment was scheduled to install the solar panels on August 10. A team arrived on 8/10 and after an hour of them being onsite I was told they were not prepared to complete the job. Brenden was a pleasure to work with for going solar. He was very knowledgeable and explained all aspects of the solar program with me. He was professional, but even more importantly to me, friendly & respectful. He made sure all of my questions were answered and was very responsive to inquiries I had days after we first met. I felt I could make an informed decision without feeling under pressure. I will recommend him to others whenever I can.

Ryan has been fantastic through the whole process of getting our system up and running. He was helpful, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. We had some delays in getting our system up and going but not due to anything on Ryan’s end. He was always there with answers to our questions and continually checking in with us and keeping us updated on where we were in the process.
