I began working with Empower Energy to purchase solar panels for my home in June. They moved quickly to sign me up, complete the loan process and make their sale. After a long wait, an appointment was scheduled to install the solar panels on August 10. Brenden was a pleasure to work with for going solar. He was very knowledgeable and explained all aspects of the solar program with me. He was professional, but even more importantly to me, friendly & respectful. He made sure all of my questions were answered and was very responsive to inquiries I had days after we first met. I felt I could make an informed decision without feeling under pressure. I will recommend him to others whenever I can.

Ryan has been fantastic through the whole process of getting our system up and running. He was helpful, knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. We had some delays in getting our system up and going but not due to anything on Ryan’s end. He was always there with answers to our questions and continually checking in with us and keeping us updated on where we were in the process. Dalton is wonderful! He is very genuine and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job explaining the solar program, details, and benefits-and wasn’t pushy. He took time answering all of our many questions and got us all set-up. He is easy to work with and an excellent communicator. Our dog Charlie is a big fan too!

I think we have all experienced the pushy sales person knocking on your front door selling solar. When Ryan knocked on our door, we felt comfortable listening to him as he explained the benefits of solar and how we were already paying for solar and not enjoying benefits by not owning a system. Ryan’s take it or leave sales approach made us very comfortable deciding to move forward with our own system. We talked with a couple of different firms about solar, but Ryan was the only one who presented all the incentives and was up-front about the financing. He answered all of our questions (some more than once) and stayed in touch with us through the whole process. We're waiting for National Grid to do their thing now.
