This company has been terrific in so many ways. The salesperson was special and extremely helpful in educating me on the system, explaining the various choices and which would be best, and swiftly taking my order and processing it. Great company, excellent and personable staff, and a very smooth/stress free experience for me. I was very satisfied with the work done and the pace at which the project was completed. Originally I wanted solar panels, the Empower team was able to replace my roof and remove trees as a part of the project. They even let me select my own tree service company when I didn't like the quote I got from their contractor!
Bree your representative was very personable, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Her presentation was very informative and answered all our questions. She made herself available to answer any concerns we had and guide us through the entire process. She returned several times to help us fill out the paperwork and install the apps on our phone! When I was looking for a solar company, I found the market to be flooded with providers and was overwhelmed by all of the factors that go into switching over to solar. I wanted a company that could explain to me in layman’s terms my options. I also was not interested in a high pressure sales pitch because I was not necessarily ready to purchase immediately. Every single moment of my experience with this company has been terrible. We do have working solar now though production is lower than promised, I suppose that could be blamed on the sun. It took them roughly 5 months for the install as they made soooo many mistakes (including saying they could install on our slate roof when they couldn't, putting rails on said slate roof, then having to take them off, replace the roof, put on new rails, they miscalculated how many panels could go on). Luis is one of the most professional, transparent, reliable representatives that I have dealt with in a really long time.
