I got the solar panels installed in early December 2024. The sales rep, CHARLIE W****** informed me once the solar panels are installed and I am up and running, I should not receive an ********** bill and if I do, it shall be small around 20-30 bucks. Since installing the panels I have been receiving an ********** bill and the solar panels bill at $200 each. Last year at this same time I was only receiving a $200 eversource bill. Pleased with Empower Energy Solutions Jhosua Javier is a credit to your company. He has not stopped after selling the product, he continues to follow up and is genuinely interested with the progression of the job. Expect he will continue to be in contact until after all inspections are completed. And yes today’s installers were very professional gentleman

Empower Energy Solutions will honor their warranty or provide a service technician. My solar system was installed less than a year ago .My system has not produced power in over 2 months now and they won't send a technician out to fix it. They have have now set up two appointments. The first appointments was 3 weeks ago They told me they'd be here between 8 am and 4pm ,I took the day off from work and they never showed up. Another appointment today and still have to show up. This company has been terrific in so many ways. The salesperson was special and extremely helpful in educating me on the system, explaining the various choices and which would be best, and swiftly taking my order and processing it. From then on it was seamless to me every step of the way. The young many who made several visits had extremely good customer service and was very personable.
