Jobin did a great job explaining solar to me. He answered the questions I had and told me about the programs available. I would recommend Jobin and Empower to my friends, neighbors and family if they interested in solar.
Ryan was great to work with from introduction to installation. Very knowledgeable, patient and always available. Ryan and his team were on top of everything, communicating clearly every step of the way. Overall just an excellent, pressure free experience. I highly recommend Ryan and Empower for anyone contemplating going solar.
The quality of the work was exceptional. The city inspector was very impressed by the work that was done. Madelyn was my representative from Empower Energy Systems. She has always been available to talk with throughout the installation process. I would highly recommend Empower for solar energy installation.

We had tried and failed to 'go solar' on two previous occasions. The Empower team made it all so straightforward for us. In particular, Ryan Severin was fantastic as a first point of contact.-- always communicative, and honest to a fault about the timing of every stage of the job. We couldn't have asked for more from him or Empower!
One of the 2 power switches they installed started to arch within a month of install. After calling a number of times with them telling me on the phone that everything was fine and the panels just checked in and there was no error from the system. They finally sent someone out when I told them it sounded like fireworks. We started this process in August 2022. Our rep Dennis has been very nice however we are now in April 2023 and not active. Our panels were installed a few months ago but are still not turned on due to the fact the work did not clear in Electrical inspection. Hoping this will be corrected soon though no update as of 4/8
We wanted to get more info about going solar and Chris took the time to explain everything to us and answered all of our questions. He is professional and friendly and did not pressure us at all. He’s a joy to work with.
Absolute terrible customer service and constant stream of lies. Had panels installed and they were done incorrectly. The entire job FAILED to pass a home inspection even the rep who the company sent out couldn’t believe how poorly the panels were installed. It’s been 3 weeks since this happened and no response what so ever with a resolution to fix the problem. Customer service is a nightmare to deal with, this company takes advantage of young homeowners to make a paycheck it’s disgusting
