Customer service in this place has gone down hill, one gal in particular...she obviously doesn’t like her job! I have been coming to this place since I was a little kid, and now bring my kids here... called today to be treated rudely when asking a question, didn’t know when I could make an appointment, because the doctor was sooo booked... it’s sad because there are numerous ladies that have worked there forever, but they need to do some work at the front desk
My son's glasses broke so I called to see how late they were open. Brenda answered the phone and was extremely helpful. His prescription was expired so she scheduled his exam, then asked about his broken frames. They were beyond fixable, she checked to see if they had one in stock and got me a great price. I ran up to the store, Chris also helped us in store, and was there less than 30 minutes and he has his new frames. Thank you Brenda and Chris for the great service!
Such amazing customer service! I went in for contacts for the first time in 4 years, Lori helped me put them in and was VERY patient with me. they were very informative and pleasant! highly recommend!

The staff made everything seamless. Wait time was minimal and I was out in no time. Lori was patient and thorough with explaining the process of caring for and wearing contacts. She is very knowledgeable and made me feel confident about buying contacts. She helped me understand the technique of putting them in and taking them out. For someone who has never worn them before, she made it easy.
