Geneva store has disappointed me twice in one month. Had appointment for my daughter who was aging out of insurance coverage. The day before the appointment the doctor abruptly left. I can’t afford to pay out of pocket for her since she is almost legally blind and hard to fit. Then her service dog sat on her glasses bending the bow. I tried calling the store only to wait more than 25 minutes and get a call center. The website for booking appointments doesn’t work and I was not able to talk to store staff. RecommendedWhat a fantastic experience I had!!! A family member of mine started going to this location and kept telling me to go there. I live 45 mins away but it was well worth the trip. I have required glasses since I was 8 or 9. My vision then drastically decreased during chemo in 2013 & 2014. I also have other eye issues like dry eyes, light sensitivity, an astigmatism, etc... The wait is way too long!!
I was camping nearby and the nose piece fell off of my older glasses. I have not lived around the area for about 13 years, I visit my family couple of weeks each summer. So, I walk in, receptionist was very nice. I state my dilemma within 5 minutes, an associate calls me over. She ( Patsy) replaced both nose pieces and gives me an extra pair.
