What a horrible experience. My initial exam appt. took 3 hours, because the doctor decided to go to lunch rather than keep my 11:30. When my glasses came, the left lens was not even close to being right. So they remade it and it was even worse. Then they said they'd remake it again, but when I went to pick them up (for the 3rd time), I could plainly see that they did NOT remake the lens at all. It still had the marks on it that the optometrist had put on it the last visit. Do they really think I'm that stupid? I've given up ... read more
Arrived at 10:40 am for an 11:15 appt. Filled out the usual paperwork. Still waiting at 12:15 pm. I don’t know what’s wrong here, but there are several other people here waiting a long time...since before we arrived. We would choose a different location or company in the future.
costumer service by Debbie at the front counter is anything but pleasant. she doesn't even acknowledge you when you walk in and stand at the counter. yes, maybe she is busy but an "I'll be with you in a moment"" would be nice. witnessed her be short with a couple costumers. cheer up 😀
Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! They don’t know where my glasses are! NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!
All I needed was a readjustment of a pair of eyeglasses purchased a few months ago. Went in, they took my name, and I sat in the waiting area around the corner from the main area. After waiting for almost a half hour, I asked them if maybe I should come back later, and was told they called my name (neither my wife nor I heard them call) and figured I was not there. They acknowledged the (new?) waiting room being around the corner is not the best setup. Anyway, the lady who did the adjustment did a great job and all is good.
This specific location is the best, especially Chelsea Brafman! I am so thankful that I found her! Make sure you request here when walking in or making an appointment. She is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Ask her to help you when choosing frames. She is THE expert. Thank you Chelsea!
Highly recommend seeking out eye care at this location! Very friendly group of people! Request Chelsea Brafman especially if you’re in the market for a new set of frames. She is patient, has a lot of attention to detail, and is extremely knowledgeable. I’ve gotten all my frames per her recommendation and I’ve received nothing but compliments.
