I got an eye exam and glasses there. I’ve honestly gone since I was in second grade. Prior to no problems. However now I cannot see from one eye. I have called the number provided both for the store and the main company line 23 times in a month and never get a real person. I am getting migraines on the daily and cannot drive as a result. I will be going to another optometrist to have another exam and glasses made which will be out of pocket unfortunately.

Just go to the ithaca store... what a huge pain! I needed to get in just to pick out glasses they scheduled me for 2 weeks out... I called ithaca and they said come in whenever so I did, now I’ve tried the cortland store 4 times trying to cancel my appointment and stayed on hold for a long time and then it hung up. Guess it’s not my fault I can’t cancel my appointment!!!!!
Terrible service! For my appointment I waited over a half hour just to be seen and then when I ordered contacts I was told they would be in within 5-7 days and it’s now almost 2 weeks later. I have called over and over the last few days and no answer no matter how many times you call or when! Ridiculous!

Phone line not manned, called 6 times in one day and waited, waited, waited and was even hung up on by the automated service!! We had to go to store to pick up glasses hoping for a fitting appointment! Elderly lady laughed and told us no fitting was needed for my husbands bifocals!? When did that policy change? Rude, unprofessional and not helpful!! We will not go back!
RecommendedFriendly staff. Very helpful in picking out new frames. Great suggestions as to fit face style what looks best etc. very happy with my purchase and exam I received. Looking forward to getting my new glashe’s soon
They gave me the wrong prescription! I put the Glasses on and told the lady The glasses had a fishbowl affect. I also told her I could see better without them on then I could with them on and she told me to give them two weeks for my brain to adjust. I’ll just to go to my eye doctor and her tell me that they didn’t even give me the correct prescription. I will never go here ever again. You probably shouldn’t either.
