Great experience, the optometrist was so nice and very patient with my 7 year old. It was his first time, we were even able to pick up his glasses later in the day!
Staff at the front desk are miserable. Not very good customer service from them. Treat you like they’re better than you and like tending to you is bothersome.
We have our son tested there yearly and can you believe we could not get a pair of emergency contacts because he ran out today? First call was at 11:00 am then a visit at 1:00 was told someone would get back to us and couldn't do anything. No wonder you have a three star rating, thank god for Saratoga vision a lot better service and can help you in time of need, not to mention WAY BETTER PRICING AND SERVICE. We will no longer be visiting Empire vision works obviously it's all about the money with them and frankly the service... read more

Very disappointed with the customer service. One person does not smile.very slow. They need another doctor to assist the other one..
