Terrible customer service. Waited 6 weeks for appointment and then staff doesn’t even know they are in network. Says exam isn’t covered. Leave and call insurance and sure enough they are in network. Then they don’t answer phone as both insurance agent and I tried to call. Find someone better.

RecommendedMy answer would be yes but during this pandemic. It is very frustrating that you can’t reach the store directly. You just get the run around. I’ve been trying to get through to get a copy of the prescription they did for my computer glasses. There is no way to leave a message or send an email without going through the corporate.

I've gone to empire visionworks since I was a child and Dr. Jarrett has been my sole provider. I would easily go to this location just to see Dr. Jarrett, although I hear Dr. Fester is great too! Staff seem friendly and knowledgeable. Sometimes there are inconveniences in which my glasses havent arrived in a decent frame of time, but other than that, I love Visionworks.

I have waited on hold for over an hour. I have called multiple time your phone system is terrible. Tried to get an email password reset for my online account also and nothing. How do you want people to make apts. and this also happened last year also, this has nothing to do with COVID

What a great experience we had my son broke a bow off his glasses went there to find frames they didn’t have put they fixed the bow so he could were them very accommodating and friendly. Thank you
Takes years to get an appointment and get told that they have to wait 2weeks into August to wait on schedules to come before I can even make an appointment! Angry 😡 will take my business elsewhere
ordered 2 glasses only one was correct have to wait again for the correct one this makes 3 trips
The staff is friendly. The doctors are wonderful and very thorough. Great selection of frames to choose from.
