The Dr (Jennifer) was wonderful. But given the lack of communication and confusion among staff I will no longer be a customer of visionworks. I was told conflicting information multiple times only to find out that after a month from my initial appointment my contacts were never ordered. I spoke to the manager and the corporate number and was explained that the events were my misunderstanding. Maybe so. This place is wonderful, the staff were extremely friendly and informative. The manager Stephanie is amazing, we told her we lived a distance from the store and she is hand delivering our glasses to us!! We had a great experience here and will always be a customer!
