The manager, Mark, and all the staff were wonderful! Knowledgeable, very helpful, and especially great to my grandson (11 years old), who frequently loses his glasses. I highly recommend it! We were able to get BOTH pair of glasses during our visit.

The staff here is extremely friendly and helpful. I went in to order a box of contacts. I didn't realize I was just days outside my prescription running out so they could not order without an exam. They are booked out super far, so I was dreading the thought of having to find a new place to get an exam sooner so that I could get more lenses. This location was extremely helpful in getting a last minute appointment for my daughter who was home for a short holiday visit. When we received a phone call that her eye appointment had suddenly been cancelled in the area she attends college, this location came to the rescue and was able to accommodate.
Serious lack of understanding of the concept of customer care or basic emotional intelligence. Maybe they have plenty of customers who are required to use them so they don’t care if they lose customers. I’ll never go there again.
