worst, rudest company ever. They came to check out a drain problem... promised to send an estimate later that day... never did... called the next morning and they promised to send it by noon... never did.. called the next day and they said they were going to "pass" on the job. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME!!!!!

The first time they came to my apartment they did a good job. Unfortunately,the second time after several phone calls promising to be here in ten minutes ,they left me hanging dry. I understand things get complicated but by no means you lie to a customer, they are out of my list . I shared my experience with the front desk of my condominium ,they should not reccomend them.

These people don't call back when asked, you have to bother them over and over. I had them order a toilet to replace one in my condo. After 3 weeks they have no idea where the order is. They are a complete mess, I'm taking my business elsewhere.
