Bought a brand new Nissan Juke. Transition totally broke down before my first oil change. At first my husband I were livid both because my brand new car already had a major break down and secondly because of their customer service. However, After several weeks the situation was resolved. Unfortunately I had to keep the same car despite the major work. Well in the last 10 years I have purchased 10 Nissans and 3 BMWs. I went back to Nissan after my 3rd BMW a few years ago and have bought 6 since then from Empire Nissan. They gave me a great deal each time and I was out of there with a new car within an hour each time. The service department there is the best I have ever dealt with and the parts department has taken good care of me also. All I can say is I continue to shop there because why change when it's all good !!!!!!

Came in with a very limited budget. The manager was very good about helping me stay in my budget. Much better than any other dealership.
