Empire Leasing is the worst property management and landlord—greedy, cheap, and utterly neglectful. They make tenants' lives a nightmare!
Currently (summer 2024) not fixing HVAC. Suite is upwards of 80 degrees. Not a new problem. Tenants moving out of the building regularly. Shame given downtown location and opportunity to excel at their work.
Empire leasing enables illegal and unethical practices, including the distribution of harmful drugs without proper reasoning or examination.
They are leasing to a midwife who is selling abortion pills without even checking if these women are pregnant. They need to know what this business is doing is unethical.
