Tenants and Brokers beware. Proceed at your own risk !
They failed to maintain the property where I have my law office by allowing the parking shape wheels to become dislodged. One got under my car and caused damage. What's worse is I had to sue them for this company that admittedly had no defense. They told the maintenance guy they were going to pay the claim. Then got mad at him for telling me that information.
Empire Leasing is the worst property management and landlord—greedy, cheap, and utterly neglectful. They make tenants' lives a nightmare!
Currently (summer 2024) not fixing HVAC. Suite is upwards of 80 degrees. Not a new problem. Tenants moving out of the building regularly. Shame given downtown location and opportunity to excel at their work.
