Be very cautious before purchasing jewelry from this place. While I initially considered giving this store a 5-star review after interacting with the manager, the service from a particular employee completely ruined the experience. Not the best quality! I bought a chain for Christmas in 2024 and in June 2025 the chain literally slipped off!! Went in to see what could be done and was told that there was a “cause and effect” the chain broke while having dinner.. also we had a diamond fall off one of our items from here and was also given the same answer
Great service! Very friendly and accommodating. I had two watches in my jewelry box that I hadn’t worn for a while that needed battery replacement. One is a seiko the other a Michael Kors watch. They did a great job with extremely reasonable prices. I now have alternate watch choices instead of just my smart watch! Thanks for the great service! I will definitely recommend!!!!
Went to this store to ask if my bracelet could be fixed knowing I had warranty with the brand. They fixed it even though I ended up telling them not to since they wouldn’t take my warranty, I was then forced to pay.
Vic was great. Very honest I’ve been to many jewelry stores. I walked in. He gave me a straight up price no bs. I highly recommend Empire jeweler in the mall in Austin
