Had a great experience at Empire Hyundai!
Terrible dealership. I absolutely regret buying my Genesis from them. It's been 9 months I'm waiting to receive my refund but they just keep playing game. I've called at least 30 times with little to no response. I even took a day off from work to visit them and assured me I'll get refund and they will reach out the next day. It's been over a month. I've heard nothing back and I called so many times already. I'm deeply stressed and frustrated and I have no choice but to take legal action against them to get my refund.
