After visiting a few dealerships in westchester, Hyundai of New Rochelle definitely Stands out! Andre was extremely helpful and understanding. They are lucky to have him! He is what made me stick around and hear everyone out. Jaime is amazing, he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and happy with everything. Horrible experience. First I was sent a letter to buy out my car. When I get there the sales person seemed like she was more interested in ripping us off. Not being clear on pricing and trade in value. Just interested in how much i had to put down. When they finally came up with the numbers they asked me for $10,000 down. Manager comes out to tell me we can do $1,000 down after seeing walking away. Why wasn’t that initial offer?!?
