Horrific horrific unethical and illegal practices. Filed a claim with the ************************ and spoke with an attorney. They do blatant illegal things to s**** over even regular customers.
Bait and switch. Refused to even counter my offer (with pre-approved financing, cash down payment and trade in!) on a car that sat on their lot for almost 2 months. Told me there were several deposits on it but that financing fell through. Pulled the car from the site and the re listed it a week later at a higher price! I purchased a brand new 2023 Hyyundai Elantra on May 1, 2024. Approximately 1 week later, my car started smoking so I brought it in without an appointment. I was told it might have slipped into nuetral or 2nd gear and the smoke would stop. One week later I made an appointment and they ordered new spark plugs and a part to be installed.
