Very awful experience. I was in a rush and only had 30 minutes for a manicure .. they said okay I’ll do for you pedicure too. I wasn’t sure they’d be able to finish everything on time, but trusted them. There was nobody there so I figured I’d go in. I was there for over an hour. If you couldn’t finish the job, please don’t say you’ll get it done in half a hour. The job was so bad, I had gel polish all over my nails. And then for my toes, I asked for quick dry. The best nail salon I've been to, the women in here were so kind and the atmosphere was so relaxing. Got a complimentary massage with my nails and I loved the way they came out. I'm so beyond happy!!! 💜 Overall a positive experience and I will be coming back 1000%
The reason I gave 3 is because it’s kind of hit or miss. Depends on who does your nails and how busy it is. For a gel manicure, insist on doing a regular manicure with soaked hands and not any of this dry skin filing nonsense. I got a gel manicure and a pedicure with what ended up being a spa pedicure (couldn’t understand it when she asked about a spa pedicure)
