Shady as hell, they changed their business name and phone number. They refuse to give you the serial number parts because they don't get the original manufacturer parts but after accident parts, because the prices for parts they quoted me was X3.5 times more than the original manufacturer price. They also will come up with the random "service fee" which is a hidden fee and no one have informed you when you're about to have your car taken to other shop because they definitely overcharge people , and I mean astronomically.
