Pleased I was really surprised at how great I was treated at empire auto. I saw their website and stopped by a few days later when I had a chance. The prices were a lot better than the other places I had gone and I was impressed with the selection.I am a female and do not know much about cars but they were helpful and even threw in an extra warranty (haven't had to use it but glad I have it) I put $1000 down on a car and have had it for 7 months now with no problems. Just choose carefully Ill be the first to agree Larry is a con-artist. The business would be much better off without him. I had a very dangerous suspension breakage on a Cadillac I bought there and he tried to tell me several times "that's how a Cadillac rides" not knowing that was my 5th Caddy. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE! They are the worst place I have ever been. Sh*tty service all around. Larry is a con-artist and MArgarete (office lady) is rude as can be. Im the dummy for coming here 100% I needed a car and didnt have a lot of options for financing. 24% interest I paid for 2 years THANK GOODNESS the car is paid and I never have to deal with these people again. I got an Alero from them they price over $6,000 on a car not even worth $3,000.00. The office is dirty and they they keep a dog inside... read more
