Salesman to the sales manager are douche bags! This is why I try to buy private party, both lie about the price, told them I was paying cash and they marked up the price because they couldn't make money on a trade in. It's a wonder how this place stays in business after reading reviews and the things I have now heard.
The Rebels they sell are not truly street legal and never can be in the state of Idaho… do your research before you purchase one. I purchased one of the R2x's (1100 cc/4 cldr) and traded in a CanAm Maverick, now with much regret. The 1100 was useless off-road due to a very stiff rear suspension, which is not adjustable since it comes with the preload completely let out already. Very, very disappointed with this product ..and the customer service goes right along with that quality since they will do nothing to correct the sus... read more
After one bad experience with salesmen after another we came across Mikey Newman he is a class act! I contacted the owner (Todd) of this dealership. We agreed on a price for a vehicle and had a deal. Todd told me he would put a Sold sign in the window of the truck. So I put $1000 dollars down to hold the truck for two days until I could get down to the dealership (I live 7 hrs away.) They sold the truck to someone else the very next day. Best car buying experience I've ever had, by far. Chris, Marty, and Scott were great. From the time I walked onto the lot and all the way through the deal, Chris was professional, polite, friendly, super helpful, and absolutely no pressure. He helped me find a great truck and negotiate a fair deal on the truck and my trade in. These guys are easy to deal with. This is how the car buying experience should be.
