Hoping to receive a call back from a Manager named Mike. Hopefully this can be settled and I can remove my review, or update it with a positive resolution experience. My 65 year old Father In Law brought his new to him truck into be detailed this morning. He was quoted $175 over the phone, but was told they would try to give him a deal at $150. Went in to buy a truck one was in back lot just received it in was interested as I’d ask for rough price was told around 24000 /25000 if they go through it clean and check it out I told them would take as is went and got my trade I have older 4x4 it runs great and wil clean out good well long story short basically they really didn’t want my trade I can tell and they weren’t dropping the price on there’s which was a 2012 they came back at ridiculous price and basically said move down the road which I have no problem but they ... read more
