Get directionsObviously my review keeps getting taken down. Do not use Dr Kudchakar for oncology. She sent me home and said I had great scans come back in 6 months.. she never looked at my scans if she had of she would’ve noticed lesions to lungs abdomen and bladder. So I didn’t find out until august that I had metastasized and I found out by comparing radiology notes myself!! Tumors multiplied and grew in size causing kidney failure nine days in hospital and worsening conditions
Poor, superficial and inaccurate treatment given by doctors and PAs at Emory Healthcare while posting exorbitant and questionable payments to patients. Atlanta has better healthcare facilities. Avoid!
I just got home from a week long Emory University Hospital stay. I have a long history with Emory. The Neurosurgeon residents there are some of the best in the world, by far and have great hearts for us that suffer from daily pain conditions. But, their main Hospital on Clifton Rd is beyond awful. I had hopes of getting great care, and it ended up being one of the worst situations I have ever ever been in. There is minimal to no communication between doctor-patient, doctors to family, etc etc etc. I will not leave the detail... read more
Overall, degrading experience.
To Whom it may concern: I am in severe pain as I attempt to pen this email. However, my experience today with Emory healthcare professionals was nothing short of horrific. I have been a patient of Emory’s for a few years now and Sarah John is my PCP. I desired Dr. Belinfante when I initially came in some years ago but she was not available. Dr. John has done a great job just the same. Emory has such a stellar reputation in the community and with its patients. I am a past employee of Emory dating back some 20 years ago. T... read more
On December 8, 2019 I injured my back lifting a heavy bag. After lifting the bag I heard a crack followed by the worst pain have ever felt. The pain was so intense it was hard to breathe let alone stand. My husband took me to Emory. I explained everything to the intake nurse who pretty much dismissed what I said and told me I probably just pulled a muscle. I told her I had pulled muscles in my back before but this was different. When I finally got a room the medical assistant basically said the same thing. After an xray I wa... read more
Came for a follow-up CT scan and Dr. Visit. New radiology department at tower. Long wait after apt. Time. Appt counter staff has no respect for patient wait times or follow up apt. "Everyone should understand we are busy". Clinical staff great front office the worst. New building same old attitude.
Emory is pitiful I just had a Major surgery. I must say from day 1 trying to get a referral was impossible . Some of the staff working is not professional at all I sat in Dr Alice Azzalin office and some of the women is doing there nails and talking on the cell phone. When I went to meet my anesthesiologist the black gentlemen helping me told me my fees was going to be 30 thousand dollars, I just looked at him apparently he had to figure the difference between 30 thousand vs 3000.00 wow. Then I had my thyroid removed very pa... read more
