I would have rated Emory 5 stars until this weekend. I have spent a great deal of time there over the last six months and have been very pleased. However, this weekend's stay left me bruised, degraded, hurting, and doubtful that I will continue to receive the same high level of care I have on previous visits. I hope this was just a fluke and not a sign of things to come for Emory University Hospital. The CDU used to be my favorite place in the hospital. Never again!

Aweful!! Scheduling is not u guys cup of tea!!! 4 hrs prior to my surgery in a waiting room. And I'm diabetic!! You guys are awesome!!
Today, my boyfriend, his mom, & spent 5 1/2 hours in ER waiting room!!! At that point someone told us it would be another 2 hours before we got a room. Absolutely furious, we left. Everyone we spoke to at the desk was so incredibly rude and had no idea how to answer any of our questions. I've heard such good things about all the Doctors there so it really was disappointing that he never got the chance to see one.
