Emory East side best hospital ever, kids were born here quick ER visit love it
I had Major Surgery, March 2016. I was blessed with some very courteous and professional staff from the time I registered for surgery and after surgery. They took good care of me. On my way to be peeped I said I was afraid the lady that was walking with me encourage she said you don't have to be afraid we know God. Friday, September 9, 2016 I was there for a CT Scan & Chest X Ray. Again my visit was very pleasant.
Emory is amazing. My mother came to Emory the first time back in May for early signs of liver disease. She came back to Emory on August 12 with bad complications. She was disoriented and she had to be put on a ventilator, dialysis, and a bunch of blood pressure meds. Unfortunately my mom was not lucky, and she passed away yesterday at 5:30. The whole time she was at Emory I was so impressed by how sweet and caring the hospital staff was. This is a great place to be IF YOU ARE IN THE HOSPITAL. My daughter and I have been in the emergency room waiting for 8 1/2 hours now. NOT A GRWAT EXPERIENCE IN THE ER. We've called them several times for different things...... Nothing! I hate to make a negative comment but this is absolutely unacceptable!
Emory University Hospital is the best hospital I've ever experienced in my life. My mother was admitted on Friday and they immediately found out what issues she was having. God have bless this hospital with great doctors and a wonderful staff.

Waited 8 hours in the ER to even be called back. Another 3.5 hours and still here with no info. Staff is uncommunicative, and we are taking up a precious room that could be used to treat one of the 50+ poor folks still in the waiting room.
Will be more happy when they start treatment on my brother in law tomorrow . Praying God will be there with him, family & give the doctor the right plan for the cancer he has...
Been here for 1:50 minutes, . Appt was at 2 :30. Got here at 2:00 , paid my copay and they have me down as a no show!!!Fx3ucking unbelievable
