We have been in the ER for 6 hours. My sister had a seizure (and get this) Emory gave her a chest xray. Really? We have seen people come and go yet we still sit. She is also diabetic. Pain has been constant all day. Come on Emory we came here because we heard you were the best. I'm disappointed. The little girl at the desk more or less said don't feel bad someone else has been here for 7.5 hours.
It's the best hospital I wouldn't recommend no other
They were amazing. From registration to medical staff to the little man in the hall that helped us when we got lost. Everyone made us feel like we were the only patient!!!!
Well let see. As my family and myself walked into 2D ICU we were greeted by the sweetest lady named Lory. She begin to talk to my family like we were best friends and made us all feel welcome and comfortable. All this was on a Wednesday night. We were blessed to have this sweet lady with us through our time of emergency. Then all of sudden we walked in and had the lady from HELL. The emergency waiting room staff has more bad apples than good,but the doctors and nurses make up for it.
Best care we have had. Doctors staff and nurses are great.
EVERYONE in the Departments of Pre-Op and Radiology were VERY nice and accommodating! The Nurse in Anesthesia was very pleasant and professional! The Anesthesiologist was very nice. She was very thorough and listened to my concerns and answered my questions. The Technologist in the Radiology Interventional department was excellent! She explained the procedure and was very professional. The Radiologist who put my PICC Line in was terrific! I did not have any pain and the procedure was a breeze!
