The NP in the ER was incredibly unprofessional during triage refusing to listen and being super condescending. It took 8 hours to be SEEN and their communication was nil. Staff was hacking and coughing without covering their mouths. The MD in the ER who took over at 11PM was foul-mouthed and more interested in flirting than patient care. I'd suggest toughing out vs visiting this ER.
I have had nothing but great experiences at Emory.
Both of my children was born there when it was Crawford long. I have not had a problem. The staff is friendly the hospital is clean. I have been going there since the 80's. It's preferred hospital.
My name is Wayne Rogers. I was the patient and I feel my experience at Emory Midtown was a blessing. From a warm, personable, and highly competent surgeon Dr. Adam Klein to my Dining Service Rep. It's a place were you know you are getting the best of the best doctors. They seem to care for you an want to take care of your problem. My surgery is coming up. I will know more then. But im sure these doctors are going to do the best.
Unfortunately, this visit wasn't anything like the previous visit in 2016. February 7, 2017. The intake went well. I saw the doctor in a timely manner. My visit with the doctor took literally 7 minutes. But, it took 2 hrs for me to get a written prescription and complete payment information. I notice chaos in triage. To the point that the doctor needed to speak with the nurses on procedures.
I was there for my annual AICD interrogation and I was in and had the interrogation and was out of the building just 5 minutes after my scheduled time. Not only that, but the interrogation was great.
