Took my grandson to the emergency room... He had just had a seizure , we did the paper work waited an hour he was called back they did the basic exam, went back to the waiting room over 5 hours go by.... Mind you we r talking about a 3 year old here. Since Facebook keeps reminding me to post a review...here it goes. Very disappointed in this hospital. To carry the name Emory, you would expect much more than what we got. Lets start with cleanliness. The bathrooms were awful...every functioning toilet in one of the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. There was no soap in most bathrooms I went in. The room my friend was in had no soap or hand sanitizer except outside the door. There were no supplies of any kind in the room other than paper towels. So, when she needed to v... read more
The nurses are absolutely wonderful and the doctors are Amazing, I've never had a hospital experience like this we can sure use some advice in Oklahoma about this Place!
I came in around 7 30 am and went to the desk to ask about my twin sister no one said good to me every one was into thier phone one person was playing game on the phone so I said good morningand was answered back hey not good morning I think customer service is very important at a time like that when you have a family member that's about to have surgery they come first not your phone
!Great job. Great service. Didn't take long at all
