BEWARE OF THIS CONTRACTOR!!! I hired Emmanuel CSMS Roofing LLC, which is now operating as Top Grade Roofing LLC, based on a written contract. Unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. After the work was completed, the company refused to honor the terms of our contract. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue directly, they have not followed through on their contractual obligations. Carlos dissolved Emmanuel CSMS Roofing LLC and claimed bankruptcy. This is my second time having work from them, Carlos was very professional and followed up promptly. This is a nice family business and they do excellent work! They came on time, as promised and offered a great price. They provided some warranty work and preventative maintenance so our roof will last longer. We are very happy and won’t use anyone else. Definitely recommend!
