Dr. Potter is incredibly kind and personable. I always leave her office feeling heard and respected. Even as a younger patient, she never talks down to me or minimizes my concerns, which I truly appreciate.
Dr. Potter is an outstanding physician and a truly great listener. She takes the time to ask thoughtful questions, listens carefully to every concern, and never makes me feel rushed. Her exams are very thorough, and she explains test results and treatment options in a clear, reassuring way. I always leave my appointments feeling heard, understood, and confident in my care—highly recommend Dr. Potter to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor (my wife even switched to her).
This was my second time at this practice. Sadly it wasn’t a great experience. The doctor I scheduled with was running an hour behind so I was put with another doctor. I waited far too long not only to see this doctor but to get my blood drawn. In my opinion bloodwork should be the first thing done when you arrive at an office especially if you have faster.
