I was happy to get an appointment within a week. The office is setup extremely well for our current pandemic. Patients are spaced so only one will be in waiting area then taken back into medical room. Everyone wears a mask and hand sanitizers are available. Office is clean and sanitized. As always, Doctor Schwarz was efficient and reassuring. She thoroughly checked and diagnosed my skin condition and recommended treatment. I consider Doctor Schwarz one of the best dermatologists I’ve ever seen.

Dr Schwarz is amazing. I had a serious infection that I had for a long time and was under another derm care for months and the second I walked into Dr Schwarz office she nailed my issue at 1st sight. I couldnt believe I was being treated not the correct way all along. Wasted tons of money on all kinds of treatment and visits. I have referred her to my friends who love her just as much as I do. Dr. Schwarz was the first dermatologist who was not condescending or rude to me while discussing my hormonal acne. I am super limited in my treatment options, and I usually leave the dermatologist in tears. However, Dr. Schwarz listened to me, answered my questions, and I left actually feeling hopeful! The office was great, Dr. Schwarz is very clearly experienced, and my entire visit was super professional. I am happy to find a derm that I'm actually comfortable going to.
Dr Schwarz is always very professional, but in an easy-going, warm manner. She is concerned with the patient as a person, is honest, and goes out of her way to relay test results promptly. I have recommended her to a few friends, and they have all been happy with their experiences.
I am comfortable in recommending Dr Schwarz to my friends and family. Her staff is pleasant. I am a senior and Dr Schwarz does not rush you and listens to your concerns.
Dr. Schwarz gave me the best body scan I've ever had, and caught a basil cell cancer that I never would have thought in a million years was cancer. And all the moles I thought were a problem ended up being nothing to worry about. The front desk staff and the nurses were all very nice, and I even got a text to tell me my biopsy result was ready!
I am surprised at how few reviews describe the behavior I witnessed of Dr. Schwarz during my visit. She was rude, dismissive, and very condescending. As an anxious patient, I sought out this doctor due to the great reviews I saw posted and was shocked at my experience. Though I hardly post reviews, I think it is necessary to share a similarly poor experience.
