On September 18th I saw Dr. Schwartz for my annual dermatology checkup. She looked at my scalp, looked at my face and looked under my shirt in the back. She did not look at my chest, legs, arms or feet except at a glance - no thorough look at all, despite me having a history of needing surgeries to remove abnormal growths. Hello, You were not scheduled for a full body examination, but only for a psoriasis check. It seems you may have misunderstood the reason for the appointment. Every full body check patient is placed in a gown, and you were not in one. We have a schedule template that we need to follow in order to stay on time for all of our patients. The office is very clean and bright.All the staff is all very nice and helpful. The nurse Alice was very friendly .I really like Dr Swartz.She was very thorough. She did four biopsies and and it didn’t hurt at all.

This was a follow up for a cryo surgery and as always Dr Schwarz and staff are efficient and friendly.I have confidence in the great level of care I receive there.
I found the check in process to be relatively easy and quick. I was escorted to an exam room and reviewed basic information about why I was there. Dr. Schwarz and really everyone I encountered there was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Four days after my visit my condition has greatly improved. I’d recommend this practice very highly.
