Was able to get an apt. the next day and was seen by my Dr.
She is thorough. Great communication and explaining. I feel comfortable asking questions. She takes her time and makes you feel heard. She is also quick to respond through mychart.
I am so upset right now. I went to the Dr. For an infection in my arm The Dr. wanted me on an antibiotic and insulin in a pen. I told her I had a box of needles at home for vials I forgot to get a work excuse for light duty so before I left I went to the desk to see if I could get one. I was told they were too busy. They said it could be added to MyChart. I said Ok. I get to the pharmacy and there are no needles for the pen. I said fine forget it. I call the Dr, leave a message get my antibiotics and go home.
