I'm very Happy with Dr. Lucero. She has been the doctor for both my kids & I find her very helpful and goes out of her way to help the patients. She is very good.

Probably the worst experience at a doctor’s office I have ever had. I’ve been going there for years and have never had a major problem, aside from the extremely long waiting times. I cleared my schedule and rushed to make it in time for the appointment, paid $, and waited for almost one hour, only for the medical assistant to ask me to come another day because she didn’t have her supplies. So unprofessional, and the front desk lady was extremely rude and refused to refund me. Not even a “sorry”
i have been going to this dr for years and the service has always been excellent. making appointments is always easy and the doctor makes sure to get to know her patients well and is very attentive

Doctor Santa Maria Emilia Lucero is the worse pediatrician EVER! I used to go to her when I had my first son. His face was irritated, extremely dry and it was bleeding. The doctor told me it was NORMAL and didn't prescribe him anything. I was so furious. Then I asked her for a doctor's note stating she was my son's pediatrician and she said next time. Make another appointment (I needed it to take it to the social security office. If I didn't bring that paper I was not gonna be able to change my
I haven been taking my children to Dr.Lucero for 15 years. I couldn't say enough good things about her. She is very attentive and caring. I am so happy I found such a great pediatrician to care for my kids. Her staff members are always smiling and very friendly. When any of my kids were sick I was able to come right in. I never had any billing issues or problems. I wish all doctors ran their office as she does hers.
