Wish I could give you more than 5 stars!!!After almost 3 months of absolute hell dealing with USAA and then GM, I finally got my new car!!! Thank you Mike at Emich Chevrolet for being so patient and helping me every step of the way!! You guys rock and I will definitely recommend you to everyone that wants to buy a car!!!
It would have been excellent, if for the fact that an indication of how long my vehicle was needed, would have been helpful to decide whether to stay or not. Since stayed communication throughout the stay would have been helpful, instead of me approaching after a 6 hour wait to ask about the progress. I did get some valuable reading done, which I could have accomplished at home.
