Service won’t honor the warranties that sales is pushing.

WOW! Thanks Erin! Traveling west from Minnesota and had issues with our 2019 truck. Diagnosis was fast, service was faster! After a computer update we are on our way to find some mountain snow -- too bad our hometown Chevy dealer couldn't figure this out when I had an oil change on Wednesday! Well we were looking at a Chevy trax started talking to one guy about it and then a hr or so later I had two more phone calls then the one mgr called me about the same car cause it was his car that he put the miles on which was highway miles.... so I called this guy up was talking to him and told him I was not happy with three other people calling me about this car and his reaction to this was well that’s how we train our people and they will call till they basically get the sale.....long store short we went over last night ... read more

Tried to Lease/Buy a Volt. Could not get a price. Don't bother!
Highly recommend Emich. Bart was our salesman and he did an excellent job. I did not feel pressured at all. It was a great buying experience.
