*Update* They just called me back (imagine that) but “nothing they can do”. No. Nothing you WILL do. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not do business here. Purchased vehicle 4/2018 new. Horrible experience as they treat female customers as though we cannot do math. Now, 18 months later, the master cylinder is dead. Due to GM strike, will take up to 2 weeks for the part to be mailed. Warranty will only cover up to 5 days on a rental car. Dealer will not contact me back to discuss the situation or reimbursement on additional days for... read more
Sales manager is not trustworthy.
To replace my car door lock it took 4 1/4 hrs . I won’t be back for anything needing repairs . I bought the car from you many yrs ago . Best dam car I have ever had ,but your service has A lot to be desired .
Service Department is awful. Take your car anywhere else. Customer service is terrible and nonexistent. Oil change will turn into a $4000 bill you didn't expect

in 2016 bought a car and purchased an extended warranty. it was explained to us the warranty would pick up when the original stopped. however they screwed us by starting the warranty on the original factory date instead of our purchase date. why the hell would we pay 3000 for 3 years prior to us purchasing the car. SCAMMERS that's why. This place is horrible take your business elsewhere....Lesson Learned...not our 1st purchase here but definitely our last I blame the finance manager.
