It is clean and manicured and I appreciate how dog-friendly it is here with a dog park and dog waste stations throughout the community. It is quiet and peaceful. Best place to live! Grand at Polaris is a place I fell in love at first sight when I was apartment hunting 2.5 years ago. This place is very clean, stylish and well kept with everything you need from free coffee, beautiful pool, a movie theater, to a dog park to accommodate animal lovers. A great place to live! Emily and Whitney are very helpful and welcoming! They were accommodating when it came to moving in and they’ve been readily available to answer any questions that I have had. The maintenance guy is nice and is very efficient - he’s in and out in no time at all. The inside of the apartment is well-maintained, comfortable, and well-lit. Great place to live! I have been here 2 going on three years. Management is kind and helpful. Always glad to see you. Maintenance is the best. Newer apartments but anything I have ever needed they are on it same day!

LOVE! i’ve lived in a lot of apartments and this ones really have stuck out to me. We have lived here a year and are moving within the complex because we just LOVE it here. We live in a townhome now and wanted a one floor and Meredith and Emily made the entire process so easy! These girls are so awesome and helpful with everything!
